Return Policy

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
For customers that have chosen our FREE SHIPPING (Without Tracking) option, please bear in mind that we will only provide you with our Proof of Shipping. You will NOT be able to track your order’s whereabout after that, the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 
  • Items purchased under special promotions may not be eligible for return.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless due to manufacturing defects or damage during shipment.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Contact our Customer Service team within 90 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email at notturall.com
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You may be required to provide a photo of the item(s) to be returned.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure the returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend tracking the return shipment and we cannot be held responsible for a lost or undelivered return.

PROCESSING FEE

A processing fee of $1 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.

REFUND

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that the processing fee will reduce the refund.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

EXCEPTIONS

In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
